WORK WITH ME

Let's strengthen the human patterns and capacities that expand what becomes possible.

I work with people and organizations to bring internal literacy into education, everyday life, workplaces, and society.

Through curriculum, speaking, workshops, advisory work, and collaboration, I help people recognize and retrain the patterns shaping their lives and develop the capacities needed for what they want to build.

You may be creating a learning experience, preparing people for change, strengthening how people work and relate, or expanding access to this knowledge. We can begin with what you are trying to make possible.

Greater human understanding.

A happier, healthier, more thoughtful world.

CURRICULUM & LEARNING DESIGN

Give people knowledge they can use--
and the ability to keep choosing who they are becoming.

I develop curriculum and learning experiences that help people understand their minds, recognize and retrain their patterns, and intentionally build capacity.

The work connects learning with everyday life. People practice applying what they learn to the choices, challenges, relationships, and opportunities they encounter—and to who they are becoming.

There are three ways we can work together with my curriculum and learning design offerings.

01

Bring existing curriculum into your setting.

02

Commission a learning experience.

03

Partner in developing and testing the work.

We can explore how my curriculum fits your learners, setting, and goals, and what would support its use in your school, organization, or program.

I can develop curriculum, learning resources, and training experiences around a particular audience and purpose, with internal literacy and intentional capacity building at the foundation.

We can collaborate to develop, pilot, and refine learning experiences through practice, observation, and feedback from the people using them.

SPEAKING & WORKSHOPS

Bring the patterns shaping everyday life into view.

My talks and workshops help people recognize familiar experiences in a new way: as patterns they can learn to understand and work with intentionally.

Together, we explore how patterns shape our choices, relationships, learning, work, and participation—and how retraining patterns and building capacity can expand what we are able to hold, act on, and make possible.

Topics include the patterns shaping us as women, at work, and in society; internal literacy for young people; and the human capacities needed for an AI-shaped future.

Speaking introduces ideas and creates recognition. Workshops give participants more room to explore their application and practice working with patterns in the contexts that matter to them.

ADVISORY & COLLABORATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Build human capacity into what you're creating.

Every program, opportunity, and institutional practice asks something of the people participating in it. It may require judgment, adaptability, trust, self-direction, the ability to navigate uncertainty, or the capacity to carry greater responsibility.

I help leaders and collaborators examine those human requirements and consider how their programs, practices, and environments can support people in developing them.

This can include shaping a new initiative, strengthening an existing learning experience, or exploring a gap between what an organization intends and what people experience and repeat.

Together, we can make the human patterns more visible and develop practical ways to support the capacities your purpose requires.

Let’s Explore What You’re Building→

SOCIETY & RELATING ACROSS DIFFERENCE

How we meet one another helps shape what we build together.

Human patterns influence how we interpret difference, respond to disagreement, assign meaning, protect belonging, and make collective decisions. When those patterns are repeatedly exchanged and reinforced, they help shape culture and what becomes normal.

I welcome collaborations with community and civic organizations, leaders, and others working to strengthen our capacity to relate across difference and participate consciously in society.

Through talks, facilitated learning, and collaborative projects, we can explore the patterns shaping division and develop greater capacity for discernment, relational stability, repair, and conscious participation.

The aim is to strengthen our ability to remain thoughtful, exercise judgment, and choose how we engage when our experiences, beliefs, and priorities differ.

ACCESS & ADVOCACY

People deserve to work with the patterns shaping their lives.

I advocate for internal literacy to become foundational knowledge in schools and accessible learning throughout life.

Young people deserve to understand their minds and learn how to intentionally develop their patterns and capacities as they grow. Adults deserve practical access to that same knowledge and the ability to keep using it as their lives and possibilities change.

I welcome partnerships with educators, advocates, funders, community organizations, and institutions working to bring this knowledge into more classrooms, communities, and public conversations.

This can include supporting school-based pilots, developing partnerships that expand access, contributing to education and policy conversations, and building public understanding of why internal literacy matters to our collective future.

EXPLORE THE WORK FOR YOURSELF

Your own life is a place to begin.

You can begin exploring internal literacy through my books and writing, with attention to the patterns shaping your own choices, relationships, and everyday experiences.

A difficult conversation, an opportunity you want to grow into, or a response you keep repeating can become a place to recognize what is happening and practice what you want to strengthen.

AN INVITATION

Tell me what you're trying to make possible.

You do not need a finished scope or certainty about which kind of engagement fits.

Tell me who the work is for, what you are building or noticing, and what you would like to make possible.

We can explore where internal literacy could contribute and what working together might look like.
